Shaktis do monthly workshops on social emotional learning exercises where they laugh share breathe meditate and exercise their gratitude muscles!! They speak about incidents of kindness and compassion- they write lists of things they are grateful for- they discuss emotions- they showcase empathy- they learn to feel the emotions in their bodies. From Laughter Yoga which is their favourite (ofcourse!!), they also just learn to lie down in Yoga Nidra or deep Yogic sleep and meditate to connect deeper within themselves.
